No, not in a selfish sort of way. I’m talking about in a self love sort of way.
We’re enamored with others. It’s easy to see what other ppl have and what they’re good at. What if we flipped the way we think and turned the adoration on ourselves?
What would others say they like about you?
What do you like about you?
What are you good at?
Start focusing on those things instead of what you see in everyone else.
Download this journal page, make 7 copies of it and for the next week take time to journal daily, following along with the questions it presents. Give yourself time and space to write freely after you answer the questions. Think about things you can do to increase your self love.
When we love ourselves fully we’re able to love others more and that leads to a full life.
